A close friend of mine found out today that a guy has just been using her as a side fling for about 5 months. So while all of her other friends are raging, I need to be the voice of reason. Which is a bummer, since this guy is a real piece of shit, a few text messages after the jump.

My friend ended up messaging his actual girlfriend on facebook. His first message to my friend in days was this. Also, when he says he “stop replying” he stopped about half a week ago.

After a few nasty texts from my friend he replied with this.

If this isn’t some bonafide Grade-A BS reasoning for being a narcissist, I don’t know what is.

Don’t do this, but the only thing that will teach him the error of his ways is a good ole fashioned butt-whooping.

I know two guys like this guy. One ruined his marriage because he said he doesn’t get ‘cuddles’ anymore from his wife and also because he wants another child (they have one already and the pregnancy was really dangerous for his wife and doesn’t want to go through it again). The other guy is a serial ‘shagger’ and I’ve found that on numerous occasions while we’ve known each other (20+ years), he’s used me as an excuse for why he’s not home, etc...

I can’t bare these people. They care for one person and one person only, themselves.

Tell your friend to be thankful for finding out sooner rather than later and to move on. No point wasting time and energy thinking about scum like this when the scum isn’t thinking about it and already looking for the next bit of tail to shag around on.

I personally love the whole “please stay away” shtick he’s trying to use. It’s almost like “Stop harassing me!!!”

It’s almost as amazing as a 20+ year old trying to excuse his actions with “I’ve always been a turd, so what did you expect?” THAT is the screenshot that needs to be sent to girlfriend “A”. Your boyfriend said he will always be a slime ball, so you might want to reconsider reconciling with his dumb ass.
